The Gym




At Furnace Strength we focus on the primary barbell lifts for overall strength and health.  These lifts include the squat, bench, overhead press, and deadlift.  All accessory equipment and exercises are focused to aid in the advancement of the primary lifts.  

Strength is incredibly important to our health at any stage of our life, young or old.  The benefits, both physically and mentally, achieved from strength training are a value to our day to day lives.  Our aim is to provide great coaching, a positive atmosphere, and to create a community of like minded individuals looking to grow and get stronger together.


What We Offer

Open Gym(by appointment) - $35/month

One-on-one training - $30/1 hr session
                                    $300/month(3 sessions/week)

Beginners Barbell Group - 2-4 people, 6 week program, 3x/week
                                           Great way to get started in barbell training in a group setting.

Barbell Clinic - $100(one-on-one) or $50(group/4 attendees max)
                          Get instruction in technique, programming, and benefits

Summer Student Strength and Conditioning Camp - $400, 8 weeks, 4x/week 
                                                                                    group max is 6 members
                                                                                  - Build strength and work capacity for 
                                                                                     school sports during the off season
